We all know then when something change we keep prefer the older version

so...

that why we gonna fix this
The trick
1.so log out your steam acc

skip the steps 2 if you have shortcut on deskop aleardy

2.then make a shortcut of steam (you doesn t where steam is )

2.5.the path should be like this [C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam.exe]
then make a shortcut of steam.exe







3.right click the shortcut of steam then properties
and add "-vgui" (without quote)












4.now login from the shortcut you modify with the "-vgui"
The end
after the login normaly you have the old steam ui

and even more, update done with the new ui will not effect the old ui mean you can keep it and keep update steam also without problem

if you use -vgui it just scrolls normally?

normaly the old one should have it bc i remenber using it for scroll fast down/up but maybe valve entirely change the way steam work but it should work

hey if youre also on vgui can i ask if mouse3 dragging works for you or doesnt? By that i mean you hold the mousewheel on a page and the thingy appears and if you drag it should scroll but now it only goes down 1 pixel for me
