Find the Passcode


After you spawned in the hallway you will see a TV on your right side. If you turn on, it will show you different four different hues on a wall in another room. Just count the number of
count the number of each shade group and you will get the passcode: "1332".

The door with the password lock can be found if you climb up the ladder in the dark room on the left side.

How do you get further?

• pick up the lighter in passcode room
  
• use the lighter to light up the torch next to the ladder
  
• a new ladder will spawn right next to it
  
• climb it and you will get a key for the entrance door
  
• Now you have to find the flashlight to go into the dark hallway

You will find the flashlight by blowing out every torch in the accessable area!

Find the Hidden Button


To find the hidden button, enter the next area (art gallery) and click on the painting which can be seen in the picture below.

How do you get further?

• A door opened after you found the hidden button
  
• Get the key and unlock the corridor door
  
• Pick up the VHS Tape in the cornor of the room
  
• The new hallway has a door with a torch at its end. Click the torch to open the door!
  
• The next door has an extra lock, make sure to unlock it

Get Caught by the Creepy Soul


If you now just walk into the unlocked room you will be killed by the Soul

How do you get further?

• Keep looking at the picture by holding down middle mouse button for atleast 5 seconds
  
• A door will open on the left side of the picture, go into the room
  
• Grab the VHS room key on the box
  
• The polaroid photo on the box will shows that you need to get every object in the red square
  
• Open the VHS room and insert your VHS tape
  
• A door will open, grab the key card and the apartment key
  
• Go back into the hallway, take the painkillers and the lighter on your left side

How to open the next door?
Next to the painkiller and the lighter will be three candles;
put them on the pillars in the correct order!

• Open the door at the top of the second ladder with the keycard
  
• Take the handgun out of the drawer
  
• Try to go out of the room

Candle Snuffer
Solve the Candle Puzzle


After you tried to escape, you start hallucinating and you get teleported into the candle puzzle.
All you have to do is to blow out every candle by clicking on them. It might get some time because one "dead" candle can light the other candles. A tip is to use the black candle, which can blow out other candles

• Take the polaroid camera out of the drawer
  
• Make a picture of the pentagram by pressing "7"

Try to shoot the Creepy Soul


After you took a picture of the Soul, try to shoot it!

Light Soul
Destroy the Creepy Soul


Destroy the Soul by taking some picutures of it using the flash mode. Enable it while by right clicking in the polaroid camera view!

How do you get further?

• Look at the pixelated polaroid by pressing middle mouse button for atleast 6 seconds
  
• Now pick up the magazines and shoot the lever to activate the elevator at the start of the level

Finish the Game


Use the elevator and enter the orb/teleporter to finish the game!

Become a Portal Addict


After you entered the portal at the end of the demo level, you can get back to it by using the door on the left side. The door has a little switch on it, so make sure you click it. Otherwise, you wont be able to open the door. Now repeatedly go through the portal until you get teleported outside of the map.

April Fools' Day!
Fall victim to April Fools' Day prank


To get this achievement you either have to wait until April 1st or change your PC time manually to that date. Now play the game in the overview mode; after some time it will rain balls and you have to die by them.

Into the Abyss
Fall into the Abyss


You can get this achievement by placing a an object on top of the TV in the overview level. Now jump on top and drop into the void.

Purge
Burst all of the Invader Balls

• Open steam, click on libary, then on collection and search for Horror Engine
  
• Open the settings, go to launch options and launch the game with the UE4 version
  
• Start the game and enter the overview level
  
• Now go through the door into the "Physic Assets" and on the right wall will be a switch called "Crash the game"
  
• Click it and pop all the balls (there will be a lot of them) by moving them into the pit (Damage Area)

Curious
Find the Main Menu


Climb on top of the map (overview level) with the help of an object you place on the TV (picture of that can be seen next to the "Fall into the Abyss" achievement). Now go to the roof of the "Physic Assets" and you will see a ladder which you climb down to get to the Main Menu.
