This is the original Standalone Supply System by mementomoria, but I have fixed the annoying bug that caused it to reset the force and city supplies each time you load a game.

Are you able to fix the Ancient Empires version too by any chance? That would be amazing. Or maybe share the tables/script that needs to be fixed and I can do it if you don't have time.

I haven't tested it, but I don't think so. I think Fall of the Eagles uses a lot of scripting, so that would make this mod incompatible with it.

Scripts mods are imcompatible with each other unless they are bundled together, or you make them co-dependant or you create a new mod that "glue" specific parts of those two separate scripts mods.

Also in their FAQ section they mention: "AoR or population/supply systems are not planned ever" (https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1494368909)

I have in mi TO-DO list making compatibility patches/mods for most overhauls: 919, FotE/Europa Perdita, etc, but I don't have much free time and right now I'm working on another project
