This mod takes the Death monster from the Exanimate class mod and makes her a roaming boss that can spawn in any of the four vanilla regions. This mod does not alter Death's gameplay stats, and is fully compatible with the Exanimate class mod (and can be installed with or without that mod).

If you enter a region where Death is roaming, there is a 50/50 chance that a randomly selected Hallway fight will be replaced with Death, similar to the Thing. Killing the Veteran or Champion version of Death will reward you with Death's Head. If you already have the head, rare or very rare trinkets will instead be awarded, based on difficulty.


Due to the nature of roaming bosses, uninstalling this mod has to be done carefully in order to prevent crashes. Please see the Standalone Death Remover mod and follow the instructions in the description if you wish to uninstall the mod. If you do not follow those instructions, crashes and bugs will occur.
