Load into the new Unturned map, Buak.

Find Sun Bathing Mannequin

This area is in the South - East part of the island. Not too hard to miss.

Give The Mannequin Some Stuff

A Car Tire, Paper and Glass Shards

25336 Paper
25319 Glass Shards
25407 Car Tire

Congratulations!

After giving all items, simply interact with Mannequin again, after final dialogue click, Achievement will unlock.
