First go to the Store Front page/steam page of Petz Horsez 2. Hover over the setting icon and select Properties. You should then go to the install page and check to see if all of your files have been downloaded properly. If not, you may need to uninstall the game and try again.

Once you have moved past this point, go to the icon on the install page that says "browse." This will open up all of the file folders for the game. Type in "save" in the top right to bring up the save folder. You may notice that on the left hand side column that the save folder is not in the same file as Petz Horsez 2 main file. That is the problem with downloading directly from steam. For some reason it separates them. Drag the save folder into the Petz Horsez 2 main folder.

Now that should resolve all of your issues. Click out of everything and restart your computer. You should be able to press play and you may get one popup that says you don't have a certain Game Pathway, click OK. The game should load perfectly fine now.

Second alternative, there are possibly many things that your computer does to protect it from viruses. You may need to grant certain permissions. First, click out of steam and go to your windows/main icon and search for the steam app. Hover over, and select "Run as Administrator." You may need to restart after this. Another option, is to download the Petz Horsez 2 app for your desktop so that you may change the properties from your computer. Hover over and select properties. Change anything within the properties window that is blocking content or not allowing you to have access to the game. You may need to grant permissions or if you are not the Administrator, make sure that they can grant you access to the game. You should be able to play after this.
