FIX EXTREMELY LAGGY/STUTTERING UNPLAYABLE GAME (LITERALLY 1 FPS)

If you have an issue where BF3 is a 1fps unplayable slideshow, you probably don't have these installed.

Navigate to:

C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 3\__Installer\vc\vc2008sp1\redist

Run vcredist_x64.exe and install

Also navigate to:

C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 3\__Installer\directx\redist

Run DXSETUP.exe and install

Restart computer
