Changes that I would highly recommend:
(To keep this guide current and correct, assuming you don't just abandon your guides after posting like some idiots out there.)

E1 M3 Outpost Romeda leads into E1 M6 - Reclamation Depot (Secret Level)
This Secret Mission needs to be included in your E1 Video!

E2 M4 - Xeno Nimbus
Leads into E2 M6 - Tantalus (Secret Level)
This Secret Mission needs to be included in your E2 Video!

E3 M4 - Opulent Echoes
Leads into E3 M6 Ski Free, Die Hard (Secret Level)
This Secret Mission needs to be included in your E3 Video!

(Many levels, mainly the ones above, have been changed to add new secrets and the individual secret levels.)
Hopefully these two comments serve to help you update this guide, as it sorely needs a revisit. Feel free to add me as well, incase you need anymore assistance.

Ok so a couple of things.
1 - Your guide is very outdated and is incorrect in a few places. I will add the changes /fixes/ recommendations in another comment incase I hit the character limit on this one.
2 - Your Episode 2 section needs to be corrected so it looks the same as E1 and E3 in this guide.
