Makes all* damage modifers work on planar damage weapons.

* Damage multipliers, external damage multipliers, damage bonuses and Wanda's custom damage mod.

I am aware of this crash, however, I no longer have the files, so I'm can't be bothered to fix it.

i don't know how to access it anymore since i started up another server since reporting that. i'll see if i can cause the bug again to get a log file.

server crashes when ink blights spawn. log has no useful info about the crash, but the issue is solved when this mod is disabled.
