• Right click Stellaris in your games list in Steam - click - > Properties.
  
• Go To > Launch Options (at the bottom)
  
• Write the file location of your Stellaris.exe with quotation marks at the beginning and end, followed by a space and %command%.
  
  
• Example (your location may be different):
  
  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris\Stellaris.exe" %command%

Clicking Play from Steam should Now Bypass the Paradox Launcher.

• I only have the base game installed - with no DLCs
  
• I created a Paradox account during the install setup but did not link my Steam Account (choosing the 'skip' option)
