The Joker

The Joker from DC makes his way into Rivals of Aether! Use his Trickbox and many other gadgets to confuse your opponent. Joker is a zoner, so he benefits by placing his trickbox on stage and staying around it. If your enemies get too close, you can detonate the box! But be careful not to fall for the enemy; they might run in to let you explode it...

Specials

Dspecial: Trick Box
Joker places down a box of tricks on the stage. It’s one of Joker’s most important tools. The box is destroyed after it takes 10% damage.
It can empower certain moves, like Utilt, Ftilt and Uspecial, and can be moved around with moves like Dtilt or Fspecial.
When using a Strong Attack on it, the box flies away, dealing damage in its path after which it is destroyed.
Using Dspecial while the box is active will make it detonate, causing a powerful explosion.

Fspecial: Extendo Grip
Joker uses his extendo grip to grapple onto the nearest thing in front of him, and then flying towards it with a punch. It can also pull the trickbox towards him, and when he’s standing near the trickbox, Joker will place a bomb on the grabber, making it a powerful weapon.

Uspecial: Don’t Miss the Fireworks
Joker rides a giant fireworks missile into the sky. When used near the trickbox, he takes the box along for a finishing touch at the end.

Nspecial: Gibbering Teeth
Joker places a set of fake teeth on the stage, which move forward and hit opponents multiple times. If they pass the trickbox, another set of teeth appear facing the opposite direction.
