Sentry Line in Shady Province

The stealth section was bad enough for me, but having a ton of NPCs inside town? And with a weird layout that is hard to navigate especially while you're running for your life?
Well now they act like sentries, and don't aggro unless you touch them.
Also it's raining now, because I felt like it needed some rain.

Enemies toward the garden area will still aggro, since my main complaint was navigating the main town being incredibly complex when you're being chased by rubber band people.
