So far, I love the character, he's extremely fun. However, I would make the jab (dive kick) his side attack, it would flow much better and executing the side-jabs would be much easier if they were just a neutral jab instead.

ok, after trying it a bit, I can say that, in fact, is not weak. just needs some practice as it isnt your mega combo kind of character, kind of feels like goldlewis from GG Strive, as in its a really heavy hiter once you let it, but if you get comboed really bad is a problem, a solution can be change the gun as is certanly is kind of weak, try to change it into a combo breaker adding recoil to the first shot and increasing the knockback to get the opponent off. and for later to not do it again add the capacity to land more quick and consecutive hits after the first one, i mean to make quicker the attacks after you land the first one, so you can k.o. easier

I would love it if he had compatability with Wall-E to play the trailer song

The character is a nice idea, but he's too weak. All of his 'fast' normal are not threatening and negligible because they are somewhat stubby and cannot properly connect to any of his killing moves which all of them are way too slow to hit consistently. Drifter also lacks the ability to maintain stage control or hold a combo together.
