It does not, but the mod's tables would be relatively easy for someone with the inclination to expand it to those other mods. It's largely just a matter of copying what's already in the mod several times, and replacing the entries for Overseer and Caravan Master with whatever unit those mods use.
More time consuming than difficult, if you could find someone willing to do it (or if you have basic mod creation skills and wanted to do it yourself).
Does this skill get added onto any other modded Caravans/Convoys/Lizard Expeditions?
Are you using any other caravan mods? And have you tried putting this mod at the top of your steam load order?
