Mako Mankanshoku

Description
The Underachiever is bringing the pain!
Mako Mankanshoku is from Kil La Kill. She's a carefree and energetic girl who clings onto her friends (maybe a bit too much). As soon as class starts though, she'll fall asleep from boredom. She also loves to eat!

Mako retains her play-style from Kil La Kill IF. She is the premiere "snowball character" of the game.

Gimmick: Tension
Tension is a meter that makes Mako stronger and changes some of her move properties. Most of her moves raise her tension on hit. Whiffing moves loses her Tension.
Tension's properties change based on it's level (Maximum of 4). You start on Level 2.

Level 1 is her slowest state, decreasing her movement speed and negatively affecting her specials. If you get to Level 3 or 4 she gains faster movement, better specials, and more damage!

NSPECIAL: Random weapons go!
Mako throws an arcing tool at the opponent. Pressing Special repeatedly makes her throw more tools. Holding Special down causes one super fast tool to be thrown out after a charge.

FSpecial: Rolling Action
Mako rolls forward for a bit before eating dirt. From this she can do special actions:

Pressing ATTACK causes her to home forward for one big dash.
Pressing SPECIAL causes her to throw 2-5 tools downward.
Pressing JUMP causes her to ground pound.
Pressing STRONG causes her to swing her bat upwards.

USpecial: Spike Bat MISSILE!!!!
Mako swings her bat upward while jumping. At the apex of the jump she'll shoot her bat downwards, creating an explosion.

DSpecial: Crater Punch
Mako creates a shockwave by punching the ground. The shockwave goes further the higher her tension.
If this move is used in the air she will punch the air, causing less of an impact.

Using this at Tension Level 4 causes a screen wide shockwave to track the ground (or a super powerful punch in the air). However using this move loses 1 level of tension, making it risky if whiffed.

additionally will she ever get a final smash? (i know this isn't really a standard anymore but it'd still be cool)

1 more thing: Mako's dive kick should change direction based on the direction you tilt it regardless of the way she is facing when initiated. A few other workshop characters have that option and it would be something she'd do in the show with how chaotic she is.

Very cool, once again you've done an excellent job with the art and animation. The gimmick is a neat and unique one to workshop as far as I know. Now for the critiques: The main one would be Mako's jab2, multi jab, and jab3; I don't know if you intended them to function this way, but why would I ever use either of them when they don't naturally combo? The opponent instantly falls out and tech rolls right after jab2 (doesn't matter the % they just have to hold down and away); there is just no reason to use these moves when you could jab1 into any tilt and consistently get a combo.
