Sub-mod of Millennium Dawn.

Given the issues of crashing, it has been excluded from the main mod in favor of compatibility with a wide range of computers. Some trickery is involved to make the mod take up as little space as possible.

This mod may or may not crash depending on your HOI4 setup.

@祈り Hi, there's documentation by one of the Youjo Senki mod developers to make an animated menu. It's in google docs and can be searched online quickly. Another thing is to use an animated menu mod that someone else has made so you can base your new mod on theirs. Don't use my animated menu mod because its a bit different from the tutorial, so use the arknights animated menu mod as a base

@𝓢𝓷𝓸𝔀 ℬ𝓪𝓵𝓵 It's compatible with both DX9 and DX11. This mod runs perfectly fine on my system with both API, but the HOI4 launcher may act weird depending on their desktop, game files from MD, or vanilla HOI4.

why is it that this crashes for some people?

is it DX9/11?
