'Vindicator' Derelict Battlecruiser

Excerpt from Chapter 3
"My analysis of the Vindicator sample you brought to me is complete. The Commerce Guild were truly talented in the field of genetics. Within this sample alone there are several different sources of DNA that have been successfully spliced together. Furthermore, my simple testing has revealed that this isn't just a lump of meat. This is a functioning organism with proper cell structure. To elaborate on a previous statement about the sources of DNA, there are three primary 'donors'. 11% appears to be derived from animals, 29% from plants, and approximately 60% from humans."

This ship was designed for Chapter 3, a hosted server experience run on a discord server called 'Sojourn Rim'. Ch3 just ended and so now I get to share some of the things I built for it. The Vindicator was created first and foremost as an obstacle for players to overcome during server-play it was also setup with a bit of built in mystery. The intent was a to create a ship that you would want to kill and dissect, and this is what ended up happening.

Originally the Vindicator was meant to receive an upgrade each time it was destroyed. But, it was thought that this would be too unfair and so Vindicators stayed mostly the same throughout the chapter barring a few specific edits. Namely the addition of anti hydro-men countermeasures, otherwise known as the 'auto immune system'. The system evolved a few times till it reached its final stage, there's is a modded block on this ship that is a welder with a 200m welding radius. In affect it instantly kills any hydro-men that dare to set foot aboard the Vindicator when we don't want them too. This block has a hamster in a microwave within it, his name is Florp. Unfortunately Florp broke the laws of reality and we had to shut him down (this actually happened).

As for using the ship without the modpack your just going to have to make do with some issues. Here is how you fix those issues:
- Some turrets will be missing without AWP (Ace Weapon Pack). The vanilla turrets will be funky because their hitboxes are not normal. Use a mod to fix this or replace these turrets with modded ones.
- A majority of the thrusters will be missing, use the tiered thrusters mod.
- The gyros will be missing replace them with an up-tiered gyroscope mod.
- Shields will be missing, use the energy shields mod.
- Some other things might be missing, but I think that's it.
