In a decaying world, society dances with Chaos.

Cleric's dystopic world is full of desperate measures trying to contain the ever growing anarchy. The Crime Zones Bill can be seen as one of the most important ones. It was created by Senator Brady, in an attempt to tackle the rampant crime in the big cities more directly. It was also made as a response to another Bill: The "Police and Veterans Defunding Bill", by Senator Wilson, a comprehensive budget review that has deeply hurt the armed LE units across the country.

Wilson's latest campaign is now strong on demolishing the civilian weapons market, something unthinkable in the near past, but now appearing to have more and more popular support, mainly by the younger generations.

The Crime Zones Bill basically makes different regions in which different ROEs will apply to the Law Enforcement units:

- Green Zones have the regular old ROE (no stealth kills, no violence escalation. Authorized, proportional violence, only AFTER issuing restraining orders and / or being fired upon. Focus on less than lethal approaches).
- Red Zones are, in practical terms, weapons-free, and those are the zones where Cleric and his ex team-mates most operate.
- Also, there are Yellow and Orange Zones in between.

All strong social measures, though, come with a lot of unplanned consequences. And now, the abduction of the Senator's daughter has become the latest, and most sensitive yet.

Here, we'll also be able to learn some extra details of the big picture in which our anti-hero lives.

Codename: Cleric is a mini-series made in modded Ready or Not showing a considerably worse dystopic world than the vanilla game portrays.

It features a Noir atmosphere, solo and scary first person tactical action, and the investigation leading to the solution of a very dark mystery.

No one is safe. No one can be trusted.
