Have you ever wanted to have more flexibily with your intelligence agency and wanted to make more operations ? Are you flabbergasted that as a powerful nation you only got 4 operatives ? If so, this mod is for you.


  • Maximum operative slots increased to 500;
  • 2 slots of the operatives in the establishment of the Agency;
  • the number of agents depends on the level of industry. There is a possibility to configure : for every 5/10/15/20/30/50 factories, 1 operative slot is given;
  • Added setting the maximum number of operatives from industry size.


This version is optimized for use in Multiplayer, and to run alongside other major mods without conflict.

Doesn't work, Maximum operative slots increased to 500 but still get 20 max and the limit on operative slots isn't working - even if i select a limit of, say, like @Dugge said.

Could you add an additional step to the factory ratio? Say, 100 factories per spy? Some conversion mods have way more factories on the map than vanilla.

Remember that spies work by spying on the state and the state around them, and this is multiplied even further depending on if the spy is next to a state with another spy, so really you could probably spy on the entire map 10 times over if I had to take a blind guess.
