Cut the auxiliary string that you will use to make the knot.

Using the string, create a loop over all the strings you want to tie, leaving a short end on top.

Start wrapping all the strings with the long end.

Bring the left index finger close to the left thumb. Rotate the left hand inward until the thumb passes under the white thread. Hold the blue thread between the left index finger and the left thumb. Use the left index finger to push the blue thread under the white thread.

Fold the rope into three parts, creating two loops - lower and upper. Start wrapping the rope around in the direction of the upper loop, making sure to pass the end tightly through the upper loop. Finally, tighten the knot by pulling the lower loop out.
