L4D1 Fire Escape Tank Fixed

Description
third reupload of this mod lmao

This mod adds a crushed tank to the fire escape wreckage seen in the first chapter of No Mercy, for consistency with the L4D1 intro.

This version no longer crashes when using RNG tank mods and is mostly compatible with L4D1 tank reskins.

It uses a separate VMT (aka material) file from the L4D1 tank.
