I personally prefer the Plasma Cavalier over the Radium Carbine because the construct movement direction attack, channeling, is also the target designator if you want to use that.
You can re-roll any basic Relic PC to have the enchant.
It's also pretty easy to scavenge passive points out of Toxin Mastery and just turn on Focused Beams in Forge mastery. Persistent Attrition just applies the Blind a little faster. The points in Toxin Mastery aren't critical at all.
Cost of summoning is gonna be required. The Kastelan was blocking me from summoning two slots of Combustors. I got the points in as shown and I can now run the whole fleet.
You're also getting a damage buff on the constructs each time you summon.
I'm rolling this out in the season right now and the Kastelan is blocking me from summoning all three slots of Combustors at the moment because I don't have those passives loaded yet.
