[HAM] - Vehicle Add Spotlight

What is H.A.M.?
- Huntsman's Admin Menu made for use in Public Zeus lobbies to give Zeus more on the fly control over the battlefield.

Details:
- Adds a Spotlight to any vehicle or turret (Light position may vary).
- If vehicle or turret is occupied by AI (and not set to careless), the gunner will scan left to right with the spotlight.
- Original Script credit to Benchmark; Modified and turned into a module for Public Zeus.

- Profiling Branch + Profiling Branch Companion Mod Recommended but Not Required for all my scripts.
- Only works on Private or Public LVL 2 Script Enabled Servers:
