Helltower Optimized

This is a modified version of plr_hightower_event (also known as helltower) with a bunch of tweaks to increase performance, improve loading times and decrease file size. The layout of the map has not been changed.

IMPORTANT: To play the map after subscribing, type "map workshop/2986937288" in console. Type "tf_forced_holiday 2" to enable halloween cosmetics BEFORE creating a server.

- Added distance fade to some props.
- Removed some insignificant props.
- Applied "nodraw" to textures out of bounds.
- Optimized lightmaps.
- Reduced the file size significantly.

This map is supposed to be a community fix.
This map has no gameplay changes, only visual ones.
The map has been compiled with HDR and has built cubemaps. Navigation mesh is also included. (hopefully it works)
