I had just finished the game and I wanted to start a game in iron mode and hardcore with the option of new game plus,
I died, loaded and closed the game, restarted my pc due to a pending update I have when I came back to play I saw that my NG+ game wasn't there so I had to go through the cinematic again to finish the game again so I could create the NG+ game again AND THERE I SAW THAT THEY GAVE ME THE HARDCORE ACHIEVEMENT

Once you complete the game, start a NG+ (new game plus) game with hardcore difficulty and iron mode

1.play until the part where you go with anna after they rescue you

2. let yourself be killed by the Nosalis in the first encounter

3. start from the beginning

4. close the game before artyom enters the tunnels

5. restart your pc

6. enter the game and check that the NG+ game was not saved (enter family mode but I think it does not affect)

777. have to finish the game again watching the last cinematic and hardcore achievement unlocked
