So for this you need CD version of siege (you can buy it in your local game shop or just order it from website) and ps4 (any ps4 versions).So follow this steps:
1.Put disc in ps4
2.DOWNLOAD IT OFFLINE (this is important part)
3.AND EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO PLAY IT MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PS4 IS IN OFFLINE MODE (no internet) SO THAT SIEGE DOESNT UPDATE
4.This is siege before y1s1 and you cant change seasons

Operation Throwback is community that lets you play old siege.So how to play it:

So this is the same method as ps4

I know this is stupid but this game has some old elements from old siege (tachanka turret, leaning,...)

Well another way was in Arcade (few years ago).They returned old maps,acogs for defenders (Jager,Bandit,Pulse???,...) and some little changes to attackers (thermite grenades).
