Enhanced Icarus Drives

I like Icarus drives, I think they have cool names and cool icons. However it's not very practical to use those in gameplay because the 99% efficiency for tier 3 hybrid reactor is not good enough for terrawatt drives. Since the stats of the drives are tied by equations this mod modifies the hybrid fusion power plant.

Hybrid Fusion Reactor IV:
- Cost 150000 to research
- Efficiency changed to 99.9%
- Requires 0.02 exotic per ton

2024/04/16: Vanilla game added Hybrid Fusion Reactor IV in 0.4.x update, this mod now only changes of tier IV reactor.
