A wall-to-wall deathcare building based on 1123 Sutter St. San Francisco, California. The building seems to be erected around 1940's and was owned by Halsted & Co. Funeral Directors. I just wanted to create a deathcare building that can fit in an urban context or a downtown of a small town. The building will become available when healthcare gets unlocked at little hamlet milestone so that you can skip a graveyard. The building stats is adjusted to be able to larger demand than the vanilla crematorium. I hope CS2 won't have deathcare feature since it doesn't seem to add much depth to a city building simulation and traffic management, of course in my opinion...
