this could of been the best map but i had to cut it. o well.

Mikey's Head
one of my old Kataklysm maps that looks like Mikey Sykey's head

INZANE!!!

Finish the game on the hardest difficulty.
Some tips:

• There are almost no health pickups, but you start each level with 100hp. Make every point count!
• Play the game on an easier difficulty first! You'll be harder to catch off-guard, and you can play the bonus levels before the campaign for an early Hackblood Talisman.
  
• Abuse the Talisman's slow motion and flight during the beam attack to take out large groups of enemies.
  
• Gray's Leak machines still drop 10hp when you destroy them.
  
• Warewolfs deal the most damage and drop a lot of hackblood, take them out with the Talisman, or stunlock them with the chainsaw if you're out of juice.
  
• Press F5 to quicksave.

The rat king is hiding in the junkyard area, down a secret hole to the left after Mikey's cutscene:

The cheese is in the back of the Sloppo's refrigerator:


Dollar$haver Destruction:
The rat king is on top of the funzone roof:

The cheese is hidden behind a destructible wooden wall at the end of the level:

Take out the enemies after emerging from the stairwell, and open a door in the forest for a shortcut back to the rat king.

Cottonwood Mobile Home Park:
The rat king is hiding behind a fenced off area after exiting the trailer park, shoot the chaingun downwards to boost yourself over the fence:

The cheese is on top of the extra large Taylor Residents trailer:


Boise Potato Festival:
The rat king is in the far corner of the map where the slope starts, underneath a decomissioned ride:

The cheese is behind the final key of the level:

You can sequence break to reach the cheese without any enemies spawning by jumping on top of the Journey Into Youre Butthole ride and using the shortcut:
