Knight For Hire Side Quest Walkthrough
By MuD >SERVIÇOS PC ONLINE<
Geralt has always wanted to be a Knight Errant.

While Toussaint may look like the least hostile location in The Witcher 3, the region has its own share of problems. There are still bandits and monsters roaming the wilderness, killing and destroying whatever juicy targets they encounter. Ordinarily, such matters are left to the Knights Errant, though even they have limits.
When you arrive, you should consider picking up Knight for Hire, a quest that gives you 15 locations to patrol, with evils to be righted and good to be done. While it's more of a checklist than actual content, there are still ways to profit from your altruism.

Knight For Hire Explained

Unlike most of the game's quests, Knight for Hire isn't driven by a particular storyline. Instead, it merely tracks a number of optional locations across Toussaint that has an issue for Geralt to resolve.

Each objective will bring you to a familiar challenge, from people in distress to abandoned sites overrun by monsters. You will have the same goal each time; kill all the enemies at the location.

TIP
There is no need to dedicate your time solely to this quest. More often than not, you'll be able to reach its objectives while completing other quests in Toussaint.

You can start the quest by finding it at the Cockatrice Inn's notice board or by visiting The Ducal Camerlengo in Beauclair.

Knight For Hire Rewards

The Ducal Camerlengo will pay Geralt 100 crowns for each objective completed. In addition, you will be awarded a Trophy for completing all objectives. Unlike the gristly trophies taken from monsters, this is simply a shield tied to Roach, which may be more palatable.

NOTE

Knight for Hire's trophy is better-rounded than other trophies. It will increase experience earned from killing all kinds of enemies by one percent while giving you three percent more gold.

While this is a paltry amount, it's not the only way that you can profit from the quest. Most bandit-related sites come with a large supply of weapons waiting to be collected. You can earn well over a hundred crowns from each weapon, letting you make a tidy sum in addition to your reward.

TIP

You should sell your loot at Lazare Lafargue's Workshop, the same place where you get your Grandmaster Witcher gear. Not only does he have a large fortune to buy your junk, you are likely to be paying him handsomely for his work. Selling your loot can be a good way to finance your Grandmaster equipment.
