Weak Engineer Flashlight

Descripción
Weak Engineer Flashlight for horror maps and custom scenarios. The flashlight is attached to the engineer's head instead of camera.

Replaces the default flashlight.

There is no server-side code.

This module lacks up and down viewing angles....
it would be nice to fix that.

Nothing about the light bouncing. The default male character is at the default light 'brightness'. The default female and other modded characters light are working as intended for this mod.

If the light is bouncing around when you walk, it is working

Female vanilla character has reduced brightness.
The problem appears limited to male vanilla character.

Having reverse problem than I expected. I wanted to test what modded character models this worked with, and the couple I tested work, but the default character is showing normal brightness still.
