1. Turn on Mobile Steam Guard on you account
2. Your profile must be public.
3. Be an active member of the Steam community. (Steam evaluates the quality of your posts).
4. Do Overwatch.
5. Play more games.
6. Add more friends to your friendlist in Steam.
7. Play with your friends as a full party.
8. Don't bully your teammates and enemies.
9. Improve KDA (fewer deaths, more kills and assists).

Why do i need high behavior score?

High behavior score is required so that the players with the most reported can contact the same players as him.
