A list of all 46 Achievements to be earned for 100% game completion. This is simply a list of Achievements ordered thematically and is a way to help me sort many contents.

■ Introduction:
This guide can be considered completed with nitpicking and nook and crannies explored, if I got typos just let me know through comment section. This guide was also worked on during the launch of the game to which not much guides had been published but as days or weeks go by there are some although not much guides are published so I take the heavy work into creating this guide. This is also worked on before Patch 1.2 which should expect to arrive at the 21st of May 2024.

This is not only a brief view of all achievements but every single things in-game. Even if there is a patch noted some changes you should still find the exact spots, I made sure to fix what is necessary or add even if some are on the map but that's for example security cameras.

This guide can be used for 3-3-3-3. However this is a long guide which I put in more work while exploring plus this helps me earn achievements and fulfilling worries, make sure to read here when you have the time. Due to the word count limit I have to create lots of section despite trying to shorten the amount of sections.

Feel free to whatever refer or steal them as long as you find them. However, this is likely clearing one whole level with just a table consisting of even few areas to consider as well as using the website linked below to check which areas you missed, either way works.

After finding either Mk. II or Mk. III boots (for easy collecting) you can finally get the all secret collectables, but I would make sure to not get yourself 'softlocked'. Here are the list and I will use this as my guide:

Note: If your hands disappear or not interactable while doing the puzzles from zoomed-in view, you can open doors and do the following:
- Find a door to scan with keycard
- Find a power supply to recharge

Security camera:
They affect how SHODAN controls any of the areas like spawns. Be sure to destroy them as you see them. Once done, you will see how a ghost but abandoned it feels like at least that is how it looks after 0% while exploring from one area to another.

These appear immediately. You may come back and find security cams, additionally this is related to CPU nodes which is later whether you destroy all or almost all the cams. Do all to get 2 achievements which is early and end game. We will keep doing this for the rest of the levels as well as the CPU nodes.

One exclusive node achievement we will keep in mind is for Medical only, the rest you can worry about other securities for an achievement. As they are straightforward and nothing vague I will leave my raw screenshots for you to see without saying much. Lastly, it does not matter the order where you first destroy cameras so long as you follow where it is even though the map tells you where.
E-Mail/Audio Log/Data Stick:
Two of the collectables we will be needing in order to earn the Inside Scoop achievement. I will hover with the + pointer to where you can get it. Also voice mails do not count for Inside Scoop but only audio log and data sticks.

If you notice there are some part where this audio log and E-Mail at the respective level stays on the other level area. I will make sure to leave where I find them on the respective position.

Basically, E-Mails are just not part of achievements.

Puzzle:
There are Logic Probes, but you can solve puzzles without them because of one achievement. They are randomised like I said so expect different layouts (good luck with that on maximum difficulty). Junction boxes such as connectors and wirings are present mostly.

Connector - Easy to solve

Wiring - Somewhat complicated until you get the hang of it, you will be playing with switches to time it out perfectly on the lit bar.

Weapon/Ware:
Numbers calculated are based on the amount thanks to the map from the website by gamespressure, you will find some duplicates but I will add a new one and text to more weapons.

I could miss some extra weapons but you should be fine as long as you find the NEW part and some available.

Cyberspace:
As it's purpose is to unlock doors and locked areas you can skip some of them but prioritise which to use on for the 3-3-3-3 because you need it.

Division, i load early save, take it, listen, but still no entry appeared in the log. This is the second playthrough for achievements. don’t know what to do, it’s a shame to waste time if it doesn’t work. thanks for your attention anyway

Yes ReNDeL it's kind of weird that happens but if you grabbed it then it should count as +1 to your tracker. Is that your last audio log you grabbed?

I take "SHODAN | Diego's Bargain" audio log in executive, but it doesn't appear in the list. Has anyone had this? How to solve?

@Artej I am aware some media that the game puts is on the other opposite such as a data stick on Medical when backtracking from Research it goes to the Research logs so I decided to sort based on what you find in the respective stage. I have a lot of screenshots that were like that when I first played blindly it helps.
