AI Construction Priorities Reworked T4 Minor Settlements Compatibility Submod

Use this submod in addition to the main mod if you run a tier 4 minor settlement mod. It contains logic tweaks to allow for some more building categories to be made in minor settlements since they can reach tier 4.

If you run into compatibility trouble with a T4 Minor Settlement Mod let me know. I primarily test using The Great Settlement Battle Overhaul and have made it so that the mod should not crash if you load it with another T4 Minor mod, but if you see something weird like a settlement not being able to be upgraded to T4, or the T4 upgrade cost is 99999, give me a shout.
