Adds the option to purchase a Golden Quintar from the Dione Shrine Quintar consumables merchant for those looking to bypass the Quintar breeding.

Quick note: if you're playing with this and randomize items, you might end up being able to buy the golden quintar from different locations.

In my current run, I can buy it in the library in the capital.

Given the cost it probably doesn't matter much.
