The site itself it's not a "scam", as you said most of the people that offer services in it are "scammers", anyway thanks for warning me, I had wrote that i wasn't interested in another discussion section, but since i didn't reply here apparently he decided to spam.

TROWIE is spamming the same message everywhere. Fiver (or Fiverr) DOT com is a scam site and has lots of negative reviews on Trustpilot due to so many being scammed. Avoid them.
