Introduction
So you can't find the "win" button and want to beat the goddesses legitimately? Well to be honest the game has fewer gem types than similar games (even from the same developer), so it's actually not that difficult, since sometimes the game just combos itself. However, certain abilities can really ruin your day and every goddess does have different weaknesses. So here's how I beat them on my hard mode run.
Iwe

You first obstacle on the way to greatness. And probably the one you'll loose to the most. She has high physical defense (DEF) and low magical resistance (RES). So your best bet for skills would be:

Physical Attack Gem Skill: Knight Swords (150% True Damage)
Magical Attack Gem Skill: Lightning Bolt (300% Magical Damage)
Super Gem Skill: Fire Meteorite (500% True Damage)
Healing Gem Skill: Heal (240% Healing)
Rage Gem Skill: Dark Souls (200% Rage & increase Magic Damage by 30% for 3 rounds)

Recommended Items:

Just get Chrys's Hourglas as soon as you can. Put it in inventory slot 1. Never take it off and make sure to USE IT AT THE START OF EVERY BATTLE. So you don't forget it.

So to properly beat or farm Iwe, get the hourglas, get the Knight Swords and Dark Souls Skills and you should be good to go.

She mostly just locks gems in place, either making them unusable or doing damage to you after a set number of turns. So just get used to matching gems next to her blocked spots to unblock them. You'll do that a lot later as well.
Silvia

Sylvia's main thing is putting a flower on the board that will heal her every 3 turns and is super annoying to get rid of. You have to get it from the top row to the bottom row, which is sometimes really difficult. You might decide to outdamage her heal instead if she's low on HP

Physical Attack Gem Skill: Cross Slash (300% Physical Damage)
Magical Attack Gem Skill: Ocean Waves (150% Magical Damage & Delay Opponent by 1 round)
Super Gem Skill: Fire Meteorite (500% True Damage)
Healing Gem Skill: Heal (240% Healing)
Rage Gem Skill: Sharpness (200% Rage & increase Physical Damage by 30% for 3 rounds)

Recommended Items:

Continue using Chrys's Hourglas. I suggest adding The Hammer. You'll use it throughout the other stages and it can instantly get rid of that annoying last block below the healing flower.

So to properly beat or farm Silvia, get the Hammer, get the Ocean Waves Skill and just be patient.

I found the first battle against her the most difficult, because the only thing she does is put down healing flowers. You can use the hammer to get out of tricky spots, where you just can't get rid of that last block to make the healing flower fall on the lowest row and disappear. Unfortunately only once per battle. So try to plan your moves before you start moving the healing flower down.

Her thorns and bleeds are far easier to deal with. Keep delaying her with your magic gem skill and you'll make it.
Odine

Looking at her skills you might thing it's all about stopping her healing. Well you're wrong. It's actually more likely that she just kills you with damage. Her Tsunami skill locks multiple blocks in place, that will then damage you each turn.

Physical Attack Gem Skill: Lava Erupted (180% Physical Damage & 10% Life Steal)
Magical Attack Gem Skill: Ocean Waves (150% Magical Damage & Delay Opponent by 1 round)
Super Gem Skill: Fire Meteorite (500% True Damage)
Healing Gem Skill: Herbal Medicine (160% Healing & eliminate 5 enemy skill gems. It's badly translated. This works like Hika's Antidote and removes 5 annoying effects. Which can instantly remove enemy blocks that need to go to the bottom row, or blocks that have 3HP, it's best healing gem. Use it forever)
Rage Gem Skill: Sharpness (200% Rage & increase Physical Damage by 30% for 3 rounds)

Recommended Items:

Chrys's Hourglas of course. Then try to get Hika's Antidote, which can mostly counter one of her Tsunami attacks. Leaving 1-2 blocks for you to clear. If you're still struggling, get Papaya Leaf for some extra healing (like on Tsunami #2) to stay alive and finish her off.

At this point you should also worry about upgrades. I recommend putting points into Rage first. Then spread out points on physical, magical and healing.
Hikaru

Hikaru will mostly do the same thing Odine did. Mark some blocks with fire that will then damage you each turn. Luckily you can move them this time so it's far easier to handle. Otherwise she mostly deals some burn damage on you. So just watch your HP and solve some healing gems if needed.

Physical Attack Gem Skill: Lava Erupted OR Cross Slash
Magical Attack Gem Skill: Ocean Waves (150% Magical Damage & Delay Opponent by 1 round)
Super Gem Skill: Fire Meteorite (500% True Damage)
Healing Gem Skill: Herbal Medicine (160% Healing & eliminate 5 enemy skill gems)
Rage Gem Skill: Sharpness (200% Rage & increase Physical Damage by 30% for 3 rounds)

Recommended Items:

Chrys's Hourglas (shocker I know).

Antidote can negate one of her burn block attacks. I started using "Unity's Power" at this point as well to instantly get to 60% Rage at the start of the fight.

Handcuff is another useful item, delaying the boss by 6 turns (and Ocean Wave should delay her even more).

At this point I had level 3-4 Rage and level 2 Physical, Magic, Healing for upgrades. Maybe get level 1 HP if you want.
Chryseia

Chryseia is similar to Iwe in that she has strong physical defense. So we use true damage to work around it. The main issue this time are not her skills, which you have been dealing with before, but her passive counter attack and her normal attack, which gets buffed by her skills.

But with a bit more upgrades in health and healing you should be fine.

Physical Attack Gem Skill: Knight Swords (150% True Damage)
Magical Attack Gem Skill: Curse (180% Magical Damage & Lower opponents physical damage by 30% for 5 rounds) OR Silvia's Vines (prevents opponent from attacking for 6 rounds)
Super Gem Skill: Metal Castle (300% True Damage & Removes Opponents Passive Ability)
Healing Gem Skill: Herbal Medicine (160% Healing & eliminate 5 enemy skill gems)
Rage Gem Skill: Dark Souls (200% Rage & increase Magic Damage by 30% for 3 rounds)

Recommended Items:

Chrys's Hourglas is GOATed.

Unity's Power for 60% starting rage

Hammer. For emergency block removal to get rid of her shield (which buffs her)

Handcuff is another useful item, delaying the boss by 6 turns.

At this point I had level 4 Rage and level 2 Physical, Magic. I upgraded Healing to 3 and HP to 2 for battle 4 against her. You might also just upgrade Rage further, since it increases everything you do.

After a couple farming runs I can recommend Silvia's Vines as well for the Magical Gem Skill. It blocks her from attacking you. Forever if you time it correctly and keep chaining the effect every 5 rounds. Combine this with disabling her passive skill through Metal Castle and suddenly she becomes a pushover.

Oh and whenever she puts down a shield or her dmg buff, just resolve a healing skill gem to remove them thanks to Herbal Medicine Gem Skill.

All this will make her really easy to farm, which you should, since the next boss is pretty much unbeatable without the right skills and high upgrades (he just heals for half the damage every 3 rounds otherwise and you wont beat him).
High Priest

This boss will seem impossible at first. But it's actually just a surprisingly well designed boss. Basically his main gimmick is healing himself for 50% of the damage taken (although it seems more like he just heals 50% of his HP) every 3 rounds. Yes that's impossible to out damage even with all upgrades.

But you can prevent him from healing which is the key to victory here.

Physical Attack Gem Skill: Granite Wall (100% True Damage, enemy can't heal for 4 rounds)
Magical Attack Gem Skill: Ocean Wave (150% Magical Damage & Delay Opponent by 1 round)
Super Gem Skill: Metal Castle (300% True Damage & Removes Opponents Passive Ability)
Healing Gem Skill: Herbal Medicine (160% Healing & eliminate 5 enemy skill gems)
Rage Gem Skill: Hikaru's Fire (200% Rage & the next 3 attacks deal true damage)

Recommended Items:

Chrys's Hourglas unless you hate yourself.

Unity's Power for 60% starting rage

Hammer. For emergency block removal. But this is a rather optional slot. It can help with removing an annoying block so you can successfully get a 5 gem solve for another Super Gem.

Handcuff is another useful item, delaying the boss by 6 turns.

These where my upgrades for both fights (you need to clap him twice):

If you need to, grind more gold on Chrysseia and get your physical and magic damage higher.

Plan out your turns and make sure you have him debuffed with Granite Wall (so his heal does nothing) OR Metal Castle. So always look for 4 yellow gem opportunities. And save your diamonds so he doesn't heal.

The true damage from the rage gem skill buff also helps so don't forget about it.
Lily

After the last boss, Lily is more of a pushover. She has high magical resistance, which we can disable with our super gem skill. Her attacks can do decent damage. Mostly you should avoid doing too much damage while her "hand" is on the field, since it gives her 10% reflect. Wait for her to use her ribbon skill and then cleanse everything with Herbal Medicine.

As long as you have a cleanse ready and keep your rage up (she halfs it when using her ribbon skill) you'll do fine.

Physical Attack Gem Skill: Cross Slash / Lava Erupted
Magical Attack Gem Skill: Ocean Wave
Super Gem Skill: Metal Castle
Healing Gem Skill: Herbal Medicine
Rage Gem Skill: Gladiator's Spirit

Recommended Items:

Chrys's Hourglas unless you hate yourself.

Unity's Power for 60% starting rage

Hika's Antidote. In case you have no Healing Skill Gem ready for her Ribbon.

Handcuff is another useful item, delaying the boss by 6 turns.
General Tips
- use the hourglas (duh)
- try to have healing skill gems available to solve to counter those pesky blockers and ice/fire damage effects. Herbal Medicine is way better than I thought. Probably use this on every boss if I played again.

- use two skill gems to get their clothes torn (which will not show for Hikaru, another bug probably), then use a diamond to give them a debuff, increasing the damage they deal and take.

More if I think of something.
