Guide to increase the in-game resolution scale to 200%
By freakyyy
1-Make sure to set resolution scaling in-game to 100%.

The following steps are for 200% resolution scaling, but if you want fewer, just set like 180% or 150%, 120% instead of 200%, and everything is the same. I wrote this, because you probably want to set it so the game runs 60 fps.

Go to the configuration directory, which is in Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\StreetFighterV\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor (for example: C:\Users\Your_Windows_username\AppData\Local\StreetFighterV\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor)

2-Open Engine.ini and add these lines after the last line (you can keep an empty line after the Paths= lines):
[ConsoleVariables]
r.ScreenPercentage=200

3-Open GameUserSettings.ini, and modify these values:

You can find this value at [/script/kiwigame.kiwigameusersettings]:
ORIGINAL LINE:
ScalabilityResolution=(bGroupQuality=True,ResolutionQuality=100,ScreenPercentageSettingIndex=-1)
MODIFIED LINE:
ScalabilityResolution=(bGroupQuality=True,ResolutionQuality=200,ScreenPercentageSettingIndex=-1)

4-You can find this value at [ScalabilityGroups]:
ORIGINAL LINE:
sg.ResolutionQuality=100
MODIFIED LINE:
sg.ResolutionQuality=200

5-Open Scalability.ini, and add these lines:

[ScreenPercentageSetting]
Value=66, 83, 200

6-If you want even more sharper and crisper/cleaner image make sure you disable Post-Processing effect.

Last thing thanks to user Peter Miklos who originally created this guy I just made a few changes.
