Your sister and potential companions have a different gift selection compared to the townspeople. You can gift whatever item you want to them as long as they accept it (there's no penalty in trying) with various degrees of effectiveness. On the other hand, the townspeople will only take items from their current Community Bingo gift selection.

For extra clarification, Man About Town simply requires 10 separate level increases of your bonds with the various townspeople. See the Community Bingo section for extra advice regarding the initial bingo gift selection.

As briefly described above, the Community Bingo feature allows you to develop your bonds with the townspeople by gifting them items from a selection shown on a bingo card. Connecting 3 points of the card gives you anything from Payril, SP, and items. The largest appeal of completing the Community Bingo is definitely the SP reward since it'll help you buy useful skills like Avarice. The available townspeople have multiple tiers of Community Bingo cards, but for the purpose of this guide, we'll only explore the first tier since you'll be close to finishing 100% of the achievements by the time you complete all of them.

• Nut Cookie - Green Nut can be found in dungeons.

Sauna Champion
Won the Sauna Battle Royale 5 times.


The Sauna became available to me after raising my bonds with the townspeople. Northeast of Dr. Newman's Clinic, a cutscene will trigger when passing by. After this cutscene has concluded, you'll be able to use the sauna's various features which include the Sauna Battle Royale.

Outdoorsman
Gathered plants 1,000 times.


This achievement is specifically for the herbs, shrubs, and mushrooms in the overworld.

Miner
Gathered ore 200 times.


Iron Ore starts appearing inside the Owlbear Forest dungeon.

Angler
Caught five different types of fish.


Master Angler
Caught 50 fish.


Master Agriculturalist
Harvested crops 200 times.


Gardener
Grew five different types of crop.


Carrot and Daikon Radish can spawn inside the Owlbear Forest dungeon.

Fishing Competition
Won the Fishing Competition.


After some main quest progression, a sailor will appear at the Harbour District. This sailor will allow you to enter the Fishing Competition. While all competition types are affected by RNG, the easiest ones to win consistently are the contests for Number of Fish Caught and Kinds of Fish Caught.

• Number - Simply recast your Fishing Rod whenever your partner finishes catching (or not catching) something to maximize the number of attempts at catching fish.
  
• Kinds - Rotate to a new biome within the Fishing Competition zone as soon as you catch 2-4 of the possible types. See the video below for an example (starts at 6:00).

All-Rounder
Learned 50 recipes.


This will come naturally as you improve your Apothecary rank. Each rank-up teaches you new recipes. Additionally, accepting and completing some quests can also teach you new recipes. I'll list some of the meal and medicine recipes below as having some foresight on those can help you stockpile materials to help towards earning 100,000 Payril.

I didn't list the ones that come later from progression since you'll probably finish earning 100k Payril before getting access to things like Pinkfruit. The various colored potions are great for making money during your days off when you're off stockpiling ingredients. Just assign a girl to manage the store (level 3 bond required).

If there are any recipes or ingredients you are unable to find, try completing some sidequests and progressing the main quest first. Quest-related recipes like White-Eye Medicine are locked behind progression since the ingredients only open up after triggering relevant events.

Problem Solver
Solved 10 problems brought to you by townspeople.

For this guide, I'm only listing some of the quests that can benefit from extra context.

The Mayor's Treasure 1 & 2 - The first time around, the treasure can be found inside a vacant house south of the Harbourt District (West of Opalala). For part 2, the treasure can be obtained by trading with a Fairy inside a house in Fairy Lands who will ask for an Aquamarine Crystal. Quest progression is required to repair the West Zoltan bridge.

Mogrim's Gift - Alligators (for Alligator Leather) can be found at the beach around nighttime. Alternatively, the East Coast Dungeon also has a chance of spawning enemy Alligators. They're not super common so it may take a couple of in-game days to see them spawn outside of the dungeon.

Gonz and the Birdhouse - Flopgrass has a chance to drop from the small weeds all over Zoltan.

Captain Blake's Concert - The Zoltan Sheet Music can be obtained by trading with a wealthy individual East of the Guild (inside one of the houses). He will ask for a Ruby Crystal.

Eating Pickled Octopus - Seaweed can be fished more regularly at the beach.

Sniffing Around Rit - Heading to the back of the Apothecary alone can still be dangerous even if you have full Steel-tier gear. Bring some potions and focus one enemy at a time since their projectiles will still hit for 20+ damage unless you have gear beyond Steel.

Mogrim the Drake-Slayer - Dragon Scale drops from the East Coast Dungeon boss.

No data since I got the 100% shortly after I got her. Feel free to share advice in the comment section and I will gladly add it in for others to see.

A Big Step
Expanded your store once.
Story-related

You can technically expand your store before the story even requires it, but the other upgrades (Field/Table/Storage expansions) are cheaper and have a more immediate positive impact.

There are 3 achievements for earning 1,000/10,000/100,000 Payril. Keep in mind that Payril earned from leaving one of the girls in charge of the Apothecary counts towards this total. However, money earned from the shipping bin DOES NOT count.

Veteran Businessman

• Never sell Herbs.
  
• Pick up as much Goo from Slimes as you can. You'll need a lot for Quests/Bingo/Crafting.
  
• Pick up as much Red/Yellow/Greenfruit and the corresponding berries as you can.
  
• When opening the shop, keep items you don't want to get placed on the tables in your inventory. This prevents your partner from automatically displaying them. Alternatively, you can "plug" an empty table with trash items like Grass to prevent it from being filled until you see an order you can complete.
  
• Prioritize Storage>Field>Table upgrades. I chose Tables last because you can micromanage some of it to an extent. Once you get the ability to hand out Flyers and the skill that gives more customers, you'll want more Tables to reduce the number of people that leave by being able to display more of their desired items at a time.
  
• Get Avarice maxed at your earliest convenience for more drops in the overworld.
  
• Having LUK gear reduces the chance of getting lowball offers from your customers.
  
• Focus on progressing the main quest as soon as it is available. Unlocking Yallandolala also unlocks Deliveries. Deliveries are amazing because they almost double your income and only suggest orders that are possible based on what you have in stock!

Once Veteran Businessman is your final achievement, I suggest the following gameplay loop to work towards 100k Payril:

• Take note of your surplus stock. You can't control what your customers order, but you can take advantage of surplus materials by crafting what wasn't consumed much and having one of the girls sell it while you go off to collect and stockpile materials for multiple days. In my case, I had a surplus of Red and Yellow Potion materials because prior to recruiting Yallandolala, the customers didn't request many of those items. As a response, I crafted several Red and Yellow Potions and then assigned one of the girls to automatically sell them for however many days I needed to replenish my crafting materials. Whatever you put on the tables while the assigned girl is "on duty" gets sold at market price so even though the process isn't as fast as manually running the shop, you can still force-sell big-ticket items like the color potions.
• Collect your money, and run the Apothecary manually. Feel free to skip orders if you are low on certain materials. I personally made most of my money from just Cure Potions and Red/Yellow Potion sales.
  
• Repeat the loop.
