Input Not Supported, Black Screen Error, Metro Last Light: Complete Edition Windowed Mode

If anyone having "Input Not Supported" error, black screen error in Metro Last Light: Complete Edition, or if anyone wants to play it in windowed mode, follow these steps:
1. Type "%LOCALAPPDATA%" in Star search bar;
2. Open folder "4A Games" and continue opening folders till you find user.cfg
3. Find "r_fullscreen on" and change it to "r_fullscreen off". Additionally, you can find resolution settings under it, but with windowed mode activated you wouldn't need it as you already can change the resolution directly from the game settings menu;
4. It will work in 99.99% situations, if it still doesn't work, right click on user.cfg and check "Read only". I heard some people have problems if it is not checked.
