Bring a bit of the 'Burgh to your city

This parking garage is part of One Oxford Center in Pittsburgh, PA. With 840 parking spaces on its 8 floors, it serves the nearby offices and retail spaces with covered parking accessible through the tunnel on Cherry Way. In the game it features 61 parking spots due to the asset editor prop limit.

This asset includes a ton of extra detail like parking rates signage, alpha mapped railings and retractable doors, as well as side exits. Detailed commercial retail space on ground floor + detailed garage office. Asphalt material is colorable to match most themes. Draw roads through the entrances and exits to make it function realistically with traffic driving in and out. Best used on flat areas of land and it fits a 9x10 unit or 10x10 unit block very nicely

What is the traffic behavior around this asset? Some other parking garages generate huge amounts of traffic so hopefully not this one?
