MooMoo's Ultimate Yoyo Revamp
This mod changes most of the yoyo subclass, bringing new and exciting features to help spice up your gameplay!
From an overhauled yoyo bag system, to unique effects for previously mundane and boring vanilla yoyos, there is a lot more content to explore.

A quick summary of what the mod adds:

- New Yoyo Bag System -
Yoyo bags are no longer just a combination of a yoyo glove, string, and a counterweight.
Instead, they allow the user to have access to new slots, allowing for greater
customization while maintaining the idea of a yoyo bag

- New Skeleton Peddler NPC -
There is a new Skeleton Merchant in town, and this one is a yoyo expert. He sells a very
wide variety of yoyo products, from actual yoyos to accessories that have some sort of
special function. He moves in once you obtain a yoyo, and will slowly increase the size
of his shop depending on your overall progress. However, since he is the yoyo expert,
the Skeleton Merchant and Travelling Merchant will no longer sell yoyo-related wares.

- Unique Effects for Every Yoyo -
Each yoyo (except for wooden and chik, RIP), have some sort of ability that can be
activated by equipping the Ability Ring, which is sold from the Skeleton Peddler.

- Lots of New Yoyos! -
This mod adds quite the catalog of new yoyos, aiming to allow you to have a good range
of choices for the yoyos you want to use. From boss-themed yoyos, to "true" yoyos,
you will never run out of choices for your playthrough.

NOTES:
This mod is not entirely aimed to be 100% balanced. There are some things that either
are too powerful, or not powerful enough. This doesn't mean the game will become super
easy, just that some parts could do with a little re-balancing.

It is still fairly early in development, meaning that there are more features to add,
and bugs to fix.
A wiki is currently in development, however, due to me being the only wiki editor,
it will not be a quick process.

@Skana-ria Yeah, Ty's seems to be the source.
If you want the technical explanation, there's something called detouring, which is essentially making the game run my code instead of vanilla's code. However, as you can imagine, this would not work if 2 mods tried to detour the same code. Ty's has a detour for it somewhere, which in turn just completely causes this mod to not run the code that it should.

Shoot, I thought I tested well but I guess not well enough. Thanks for the response, I figured out the problem. It was another mod messing it up. I had Ty's Yoyo Redux on as well and even though I turned off the vanilla changes in the config it seems to still mess with something.
Anyway, it's good to hear that the update will be nice, though unfortunate that it may be the last.

@Skana-ria I'm currently working on the final update, which should focus on improving yoyos, including speed and range.
Feral claws, from my testing, don't seem to negatively impact the range, it just buffs it as it should.
The Extraterrestrial Command Pack, as well as some other logic, relies on some code stuff that will not work if certain other mods try to change the same thing. It's likely that you have another mod that is trying to do this, and in turn disrupting this mod's code.

Amazing mod! Almost done with a playthrough, but there were a couple things I wish were better. Saw you said you're gonna rework it soon so I'll drop my suggestions here.

First off, my main issue is yoyo length. I feel like the more powerful yoyo's aren't as long as they should be. Strings are of course made to help with this, but they don't really help that much. Also, using feral claws or its upgrades seems to override the length bonus of strings. The Extraterrestrial Command Pack, which should give infinite string length, seems to do nothing at all. I tried different combinations of having it equipped with a string and the fire gauntlet, but it just doesn't work.
Secondly, the move speed of most of the yoyo's seems a bit slow. Of course the early ones shouldn't be fast, but even late game ones are slow. The only two yoyo's I felt were somewhat decent speed are The Spectrum and The Convergance.

Can't wait to see how the mod is when it's reworked!
