Thanks to Konseq for the comments and tips! please check the comments for some great tips for easier unlocking for a few achievements.

These achievements are obtainable by just playing through the story and only one is can be missed.

• Note that this is the only achievement that can be missed.
  You must try to hold space to skip the final boss dialogue.

These achievements are obtained by completing all the side quests.
These quests are marked with letters such as T, J, E, R or a target.

• Raids can only happen on a difficulty of Normal and up.
  When a raids is approaching simply click pay off to obtain this achievement.

• Raids can only happen on a difficulty of Normal and up.
  When a raids is approaching simply click pay with respect to obtain this achievement.

• Raids can only happen on a difficulty of Normal and up.
  When a raids is approaching simply click defend yourself to obtain this achievement.

• Simply fight off the bugs on your base to obtain this achievement.

• Clear the waves of bugs from any newly discovered base location.

• Here is the map that shows every base location. Liberating all five bases unlocks this achievement.
  

• To recruit a creep you need to be on a base and enter build mode.
  Once in build mode go to production then craft and place the Bum Shelter.
  You need at least one respect to finally recruit a creep to unlcok the achievement.

• With your new creep friend, send him out on a task.
  You need at least one cigarette to send him out for a task.

• To unlock this achievement you must craft and place the Carl Painting.
  Note that the painting can only be placed on a wall. Make sure to have a cardboard foundation and wall before trying to place this painting.
  
  

• Go to the build mode and then the decorations tab.
  Once there find the bumwash then craft and place it.
  The shower also works but I found it hard to find the broken bucket needed to craft the item.
  

• Once again go to the build mode and decorations tab.
  Find, craft and place the fridge.
  Let loose on it with pee to unlock the achievement.
  

• Hunger can deplete faster from running and punching. You can also sleep on a bench for hours to decrease hunger.

• Thirst can also deplete faster from running and punching. You can also sleep on a bench for hours to decrease thirst.

• To obtain this one you need to die from a police officer's taser. Getting a high wanted level has police try to taser you.

• To obtain this one simply let the time run out on a bomb run from Mr. Jello.

• To obtain this one simply fall to your death.

• To obtain this run into as cars over and over until you die.

• To obtain this jump into the ocean and you'll be set.

• Visiting Ultimate Burger on the map and buying a burger unlocks this achievement.
  

• Visiting Italic Pizza on the map and buying a pizza unlocks this achievement.
  I'd recommend saving a slice for the bum's special achievement.
  

• Visiting a Long John's Hot Dog stand and buying a hot dog unlocks this achievement.
  I'd recommend saving a hot dog for the bum's special achievement.
  

• Visiting one of Richard's Ice Cream stand on the map and buying an ice cream unlocks this achievement.
  

• Take your rage out on the vending machine by giving it a little punch.

• Buy from the vending machine with your hard earned money.

• On your base enter build mode and click the cooking tab. Select and craft the Hot Pot. Next place wood for fuel and any fruit or vegetable.

• The Bum's Special is created in the cooking station.
  The recipe consists of : 1 Hot dog, 1 Pizza and 1 Onion
  

• Planting and growing a seed in any size flower pot unlocks this achievement.

• Planting and growing a seed that can keep producing food unlocks this achievement.
  Apple seeds are the easiest to come across, plant these in a big flower pot and use Guano.

• Guano can be collected from crowds of birds that pooped on the ground.
  Once collected simply press "E" on a growing plant with the guano to obtain this achievement.
  
  

• In an Alchemy Station, place a whiskey, Flashroom, and Rocker Ivy.
  

• In an Alchemy Station, place a Vodka, Blue Mold, and a Yellow Goo.
  

• In an Alchemy Station, place a Wine, Four-Leaf Clover and Clownberry.
  

• Simply beat up police until you're at 5 stars.

• Throw a flash bourbon at a Bug shaman to obtain this achievement.
  For reference here is what a bug shaman looks like.
  

• Throw a fus doh beer at a Bug knight to obtain this achievement.
  For reference here is what a bug knight looks like.
  

• Once you kill a bug pick them up and simply throw them into the ocean.

• To get this achievement I'd recommend you upgrade the Pigeonado to max.
  Once maxed out, either get to a five star police rating or wait for a raid.
  Get ten people into the pigeonado to unlock the achievement.

• When prompted to draw on the sign for begging, just simply click accept without drawing.

• The easiest way to get this is to scribble like crazy on the sign.

• All you have to do is punch a payphone to unlock this achievement.

• All you have to is try to beg to a police officer.

• Just collect an item from the trash that is worth 1 cent.
  Place the item in the pawn shop sell box and click "E".

• Beg and sell like crazy.

• Beg more and sell more.

• To get more money I kept all of the alcohol from the RAD missions.
  Selling them gets you a couple of hundred dollars.

• These costumes are related to collecting feathers in the game.
  You can find all the outfits at the Pigeon & You store.
  
  

• I recommend collecting all 50 feathers so you can unlock all outfits in one go.

  The wiki for Bum Simulator also does a much better job at displaying each location.

• Make sure to have maxed out hunger and thirst before sleeping to allow more hours of sleep.

• Simply fill up Carl's inventory with junk to unlock this achievement.

• You need to beat someone up and place their body on Carl.
  when dragging a body click "E" on Carl to attach them

• I would do this throughout your play-through. Just save creeps from bugs 50 times.
  The easiest way to clear the bugs is a maxed out Pigeonado.

• All can be earned by just playing the game.
  Raids, missions and saving creeps give you a ton of xp.

• Walk around the map until you find a person puking.
  Just unzip and let loose on them.

• You'll need to smelt scrap in an Aluminum smelter at your base.
  

• You'll need to smelt scrap in a Copper smelter at your base.
  

• Place wood into a Defibrator to create paper.
  This may be a bug but if you place the wood ont op of the Defibrator you can keep the wood while still making paper.
  

• Grow and collect tobacco and create paper.
  Once collecting enter the crafting table to create the pack of cigarettes.
  

• Max upgrade the Shuriken coop.

• Max upgrade the Pigeonado coop.

• Max upgrade the Peckers coop.

• Throw an exploding shuriken pigeon at a yellow dumpster.
  Once stuck it will blow up the lock.
  

• Just go afk on the menu screen or jam out to the actually kinda good song.
