Backpack Revived

This one is pretty old, and actually the first mod ever that i have installed. So many good memories... So thank you DJ EBAN... for changing my life for the better.

If Original mod author does not want to have this mod up, gonna delete it. If original mod author wants to use this mod to update his own version, they can do it without notifying me.
- replaced old file paths (pre modding rework) with new ones (after modding rework) (with old file paths it does not work on dedicated server)(also causes other problems sometimes)
- fixed Divers Backpack not being sold (caused by change in how merchants are handled)
- added translation file (translation submissions open!)
- changed spawning in campaign and sorting priorities (now will be sorted by bots to divingcab, and will not spawn in divingcab in campaign)
- added what backpack can hold to the description to make it more clearer
- changed deconstruction reciepies to better reflect vanilla values
- fixed backpack not being holdable in hands
- changed what can backpack hold, now it can only hold things that toolbelt does, and ores etc (says in game)

Simple mod that add backpack.
It is replacement of toolbelt, it have have 16 slots and can be filled with steel cases.
Will slow down movement by 5 %.
