Type-7 Interceptor

No Mods, No Scripts, Survival Ready

The better of the bunch fielded by the Empire, still fragile, but at least it is fast and well armed, the Type-7 was made as an escort fighter and as a medium range interceptor meant to deal a blow to any incoming target, it was liked by it's pilots however they still complained about not having enough fuel, in fact a careless pilot might end up running out of fuel, fuel management is still necessary, it does have ion thrusters to help in fuel management, the Type-7 was equipped with a special module that allows it to fly automatically to the target, this is when the pilot would disengage the auto pilot system and engage the target by himself, it can return to base with the defense module triggered.

1 Assault Cannon not connected to conveyor system, it has to be reloaded manually, it has got two small cargo containers for it's ammo, this cannon was not popular among pilots and they often replaced with another Auto Cannon
