This is a part of my resprite mod. Wanted to split it so people can use only the resprites they want.
This one changes the in run HUD:
-Hearts,
-Map Icons,
-Curse/Map item icons,
-Pick Ups icons,
-Stats,
Most of the sprites get colored outlines which I love.
It also gives some curse icons different colors.
