-Play until you unlock Random starting weapons rune & Unlock Flayer of Memories weapon
-Restart run until you start with Flayer
-Heavy charge attack everything in Sunken with Flayer (Use the platforms to your advantage)
-Leave one enemy left to kill you.
-Respawn with around 1-3 hundred Knowledge. (If you use the rune to spawn more enemies, your amount will be on the higher end.)
-Spend it all (even if you cant unlock the next thing)
-Restart run
-Spawn with the same amount you just had before spending
-Repeat and Profit.

Found this out by accident, used it to unlock everything for achievements. GLHF
