[ARC9] Kindred Flame Shared

This addon is required for DLC recognition to work with my addons. Allowing for ARC9 DLCs to be optional and not a requirement.

So far it only checks for two addons, "Gunsmith Reloaded" and "Gunsmith Arms: Source" . There is an options menu included with the addon to allow you to manually select which DLCs to use and basic weapon configurations.

I also throw in some goodies as well to make the content less boring. Which can also be disabled if you do not like them.

My addons to tend to borrow attachments, configurations as well as sounds from other ARC9 content packs. This addon ensures that said content packs are optional and not required as DLC. Giving you the choice of which addons you would like to use for my weapons. It does this by simply checking if the addon is mounted in a game session.

I also find that Gunsmith Reloaded and Gunsmith Source weapons are setup differently from each other. Such as Gunsmith Source weapons being configured to use sway and physical recoil, while Gunsmith Reloaded does not. Thus I felt undecided on which configuration to use, as I enjoy both weapon packs. So I instead opted to let the user decide and let weapons be auto-configured.

So if you own Gunsmith Source, my weapons will be configured to be more inline with them with sway and physical recoil. Or if you own Gunsmith Reloaded, it will be more inline with weapons from that pack. If you own both packs, it will take elements from both.

I am new to working with ARC9 so there might be some kinks to work out. In the event that this addon is no longer required for DLC recognition. I will rebrand it as a cosmetic pack instead.

1. Localization
   The addon is localized for the same languages that ARC9 supports. However as I only natively speak English, localization for other languages may appear off. The localization was done by myself using a translator.
