Once you acquire 30% of the shares in the area, the Leisure King brings some lackeys to jump you at the headquarters. Defeat them. Then, they threaten to give you more trouble if you continue to take over their territory.

60% Ownership
Once you acquire 60% of the shares in the area, the Leisure King leaves a message with Marina, telling you to meet him at a karaoke bar. You must meet with him before you can conduct any more business.

Make sure you save before entering the Karaoke bar. If you happen to mess up, you will lose 10% of your shares in this area.
Find him at the Heroine Karaoke Bar. Here, you will need to win a karaoke battle to fend off his attack. Receive a score higher than 80 to take 10% more real estate from the Leisure King.

90% Ownership
Once you acquire 90% of the shares in the area, the Leisure King sends you a final challenge. Your revenue halts until you defeat him. Meet him behind the Serena.

Here, you will battle the Leisure King and his lackeys. Be sure and bring plenty of health items.
Beat these guys and you will achieve complete domination in this area. Then, you meet the other 4 billionaires: The Electronics King, The Pleasure King, The Gambling King, and The Media King.

After, the Leisure King joins your company as a manager. His security guard also joins. Lastly, you unlock blocks for the Brawler style.

90% Ownership
Once you acquire 90% of the shares in the area, the Electronics King calls. He summons you to his HQ.

Here, you will battle the Electronics King and his lackeys. Be sure and bring plenty of health items.

You need to meet him at Senyro Ave, just outside the Teltel Boys Club. Here, the king challenges you to a telephone club battle. If you haven’t played the telephone game before, you might want to practice a bit before. When you win, you gain 10% of the shares in the area. Then, even if you do succeed, the pleasure king sends his lackeys to attack you.

Once you acquire 90% of the shares in the area, the Pleasure King sends you two more postcards. Then, your revenues will be halted until you confront the king.

This game is little more than a drawn-out game of rock, paper, scissors. With very little strategy, your odds of success are not guaranteed. Here, you need to compete in the mini game. When you win, the Gambling King gives you 10% of his area.

Once you acquire 90% of the shares in the area, the Gambling King sends you one final challenge.

Here, you will battle the Gambling King and his lackeys. Be sure and bring plenty of health items.
You need to meet with him near the entrance of the Mach Bowl. Here, he and several lackeys attempt to beat you up. Defeat them to achieve complete domination in this area.

After the fight, the Gambling King joins your team as a manager. You also unlock blocks for the rush fighting style. Then, return to the Sugita building to start your takedown of the Media King

Once you acquire 60% of the shares in the area, you find Yamanoi on the ground. He tells you to save Marina from the Media King. You need to find him at the Maharaja.

Make sure you save before going to the disco. If you happen to mess up, you will lose 10% of your shares in this area.
If you haven't tried the disco minigame yet, you might want to practice a couple times. Keep in mind you can challenge the Media King on any difficulty. Try Easy mode to begin. Once you beat him, you acquire 10% more shares in this area.

90% Ownership
Once you acquire 90% of the shares in the area, the Media King wishes to meet with you at the Shichifuku Parking Lot.

Here, you will battle the Media King and his lackeys. Be sure and bring plenty of health items.
Here, you battle the Media King and his toughest lackeys. Defeat them to achieve complete domination of this area.

Then, you meet the Finance King, the puppet master of the Five Billionaires. He describes how he came to power and his relationship with Yamanoi. Then, he sends his goons to attack you and the Media King.

After the fight, the Media King joins your business as an advisor. You also unlock blocking for the Beast style. You also unlock the last of the Beast abilities.

Then, return to the Sugita Building. You learn that Yamanoi took all your documents and fled to the Finance King.

Here, you will battle the Finance King and his lackeys. Be sure and bring plenty of health items.
Then, go to the Tenkaichi Street Entrance. Here, the Pleasure King has a car ready to bring you to the Finance King.

At his HQ, the Finance King makes you fight his lackeys. Then, you learn Yamanoi did not sell you out. He only did this to get close to the Finance King. Just before Yamanoi kills him, Marina comes and stops him. She reveals that she is a detective with the police. Just when it seems like things are coming to a close, the Finance King offers one last fight. Defeat him to finish the Real Estate Royale story. After the fight, you unlock the legendary fighting style: Dragon of Dojima.
