Rath Over Seagull

This mod replaces the sprites for Seagull (not the boss sprites) with Rath, an OC created and drawn by evilmeefa. It includes all hair and outfit colors for all 6 poses!

Note: This will also change the theme song to the bounty hunt enemies, since they seem to share the same song as Seagull
